The Toddler Room

The transition from the baby room to the toddler room is planned for each child. The day is structured but flexible to meet the individual needs of toddlers. We value each child, as an individual. The routine encourages children to socialise with others and experience small groups exploring and investigating.

Every child participates in organised, physical and creative play at a level appropriate to their developmental needs.

A high priority is placed on the use of language to strengthen and to develop understanding of all that we do.

At the end of the session parents are given a daily record book which contains information on what their child has participated in throughout their day at nursery.
